he origins of the Chevy Nomad station wagon and the Pontiac Safari go back to a one-off Nomad show car that combined Corvette styling with a 1953 Chevrolet chassis, and incorporated a distinctively-shaped greenhouse that tastefully joined together hardtop styling with a station wagon roof.
